Try our new App - GuestAssist

To streamline the booking process, we have installed a new app for our guests called GuestAssist.

Guests can access all of their Booking details by logging in to the GuestAssist by NewBook app on any smart device as long as they have first linked that booking to their GuestAssist account.

Guests will also be able to manage and view their account balances for their Bookings and make online credit card payments from within the GuestAssist App.

To link a Booking with the GuestAssist app, the best option is for Guests to use the inbuilt QR Scanner in the App or to use the View Your Booking with GuestAssist link - both are located on your confirmation emails. 

In addition to managing bookings, you can also make a booking, access directions to our park and your accommodation or site, our park compendium, park map, your boom gate access code, contact us direct through Live Chat, view more information on the accommodation or site you booked, plus you can even view today's weather at the park. 

 

To link a Booking via the QR code:

  1. Download and install GuestAssist by NewBook on your smart device. The GuestAssist by NewBook app is available on both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Open GuestAssist on your smart device and enter your mobile number. This will link the device with the GuestAssist App via an SMS.
  3. Click on the Bookings tab and on the top right-hand side of the screen select the magnifying glass - this will open the inbuilt QR Scanner.
  4. Scan the QR Code provided in the confirmation email received.
  5.  The Booking will now display in the Bookings tab on the GuestAssist App including the Instance Booked and the Booking Status.
  6. Step 4 can be repeated to link more Bookings to the GuestAssist app.

 

To link a Booking via the View Your Booking with GuestAssist:

  1. Download and install GuestAssist by NewBook on the smart device. The GuestAssist by NewBook app is available on both the Apple Store and Google Play Store.
  2. Open GuestAssist on the smart device and enter your mobile number. This will link the device with the GuestAssist App via an SMS.
  3. Open your Booking confirmation email on the same Smart Device and click the 'View Your Booking with GuestAssist' link. This will automatically link our Booking to the GuestAssist App.
  4. Step 3 can be repeated to link more Bookings to the GuestAssist app.
