Terms and conditions

No pets are allowed

Payment terms for bookings made via phone

  • Christmas bookings require a $100 deposit per site and $200 per cabin/villa with payment of the balance due by the 31st October 2011.

  • Easter school holiday bookings require a $100 deposit per site and $200 per cabin/villa with payment of the balance due by the 1st March 2012.

  • Gold Coast 600 requires a deposit payment of $100 per site and $200 per cabin/villa at time of booking with balance by 30 September.

  • Specials, Hot Deals and Promotional Deals booked on-line must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • All other bookings require a $50.00 deposit per site and $100 deposit per cabin/villa or the full booking fee if the total tariff is less than deposit required. Payment of the balance is due on arrival.

  • All bookings to be paid in full at time of booking

Persons under 18

  • Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to make an online reservation.  We reserve the right to cancel any of these types of reservations.

Rate inclusions for bookings

  • Villas 2 bedroom - rates quoted are for 2 persons
  • Cabins and units - rates quoted are for 2 persons
  • Sites - rates quoted are for 2 persons

 Extra persons incur an additional nightly charge of $8 per child 4-15 years and $16 per adult

Site availability and allocation

  • Site allocation will be made according to the dimensions of your caravan/motorhome/tent. Please ensure you state the total exterior length of your van/tent from front to back including all attachments and drawbar.
  • In some instances your van/motorhome/tent etc. may not be able to be accommodated on the size sites actually available at the park. In these instances you will be contacted as soon as this is known and if possible you will be offered alternate dates or your booking cancelled and we will not process your deposit.
  • Site numbers are not guaranteed. Please contact the park if you have any special requirements before your arrival.

Villa and site capacity

  • Villas - extra persons allowed are restricted due to maximum villa occupancy for each villa type
  • Sites - maximum persons per site is 6

Villas

  • Check-in is 2.00pm
  • Check-out is 10.00am

Sites

  • Check-in is 11.00am
  • Check-out is 10.00am

Reception closes at 6.00pm Monday-Thursday, 7.00pm Friday & Saturday (8.00pm from 20 December to 31 January) and 5.00pm Sundays & Public Holidays. Check in after this time may be made by prior arrangement.

Late check out

  • A 4.00pm checkout is available subject to availability and incurs a fee of 50% of the nightly rate

Refund policy

Refunds of deposits and fees paid are only available from Nobby Beach Holiday Village under the following circumstances:

1. Peak Periods

  • Where notice is given at least 28 clear days prior to the reservation arrival date of a full or part cancellation a full refund will apply under the following terms:
  • Refund of the deposit paid less a $50 Administration fee.
  • Where less than 28 days' notice has been given or for partial cancellation no refund will be made.
  • This policy also applies to reservation periods crossing the peak period.

2. Shoulder Periods

  • Where notice is given at least 21 days prior to reservation arrival date of a full or part cancellation a full refund will apply under the following terms:
  • Refund of deposit paid less a $50 Administration fee.
  • Where less than 21 days' notice has been given or for partial cancellation no refund will be made.
  • This policy also applies to reservations crossing the shoulder period.

3. Off Peak Periods

  • Where notice is given at least a clear 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date of a full or part cancellation a full refund will apply under the following terms:
  • Option A: Full credit of deposit to a future booking
  • Option B: Refund of deposit paid less a $50 Administration fee.
  • Where less than 72 hours notice has been given or for partial cancellation:
    • If the site is rebooked Option A is applicable
    • If site is not rebooked, no refund is made

4. Notice given less than 72 hours before check in

  • Where notice is given less than a clear 72 hours prior to the reservation arrival date no refund will be given.

5. Other refunds

  • Group bookings require sixty days notice period to cancel a booking.
  • No refunds are available on HOT DEALS.

 6. Minimum booking period refunds

  • Bookings made subject to minimum booking conditions cannot be reduced, but can be cancelled and above conditions apply.

* If a booking crosses 2 seasons then the greater fee is applicable.  

A $50 (plus GST) administration fee will be deducted from all refunds made.

Guests who depart earlier than their original departure date will have the above conditions applied. No shows forfeit all fees paid. If after arrival guests are dissatisfied with any aspect of their accommodation and decide to terminate their stay, the amount refunded, if any, will be at the discretion of Management. Nobby Beach Holiday Village reserves the right to cancel bookings for 'no shows'.

Any money entitled to the customer after applying the refund policy may be held in credit for a future booking.
